MIND MOVER TRAINING
Training Topic for the day:
THE IMPORTANCE OF LAUNCHING
YOUR BUSINESS
If you are serious about your business and you want to achieve that great success, you must launch your business. In Network Marketing, you are in business with partners, your sponsor, your Diamond, President, or whoever it may be. So remember, it’s not an individual effort but a consolidated effort. It’s people helping people. The only way TO win is to help other people win, and this is not a burden but a necessity. So never feel like you are alone in taking this step to start a business here at ByDzyne.
You are in business with partners, sponsor, your Diamond, president. We are all here to help you.
Remember “The fastest way to Crown is to help my team.”
Never think you have to do this alone. You need the help of your team to be successful. Now it’s time to launch someone.
Step 1: Find their “Why”
Lead up to their why using the following questions, in this order:
“Are you in it to be a customer or build a business?” To build a business.
“Are you here to make a little money or a lot of money?” A lot of money
Never assume that the person you are signing up has the same vision that you do. Asking these specific questions gives you permission to help guide them.
“A lot of money? What for?” When someone tells you what for, you have to listen. Now it’s time to get to business.
“Are you serious about it? When do you want this to happen?”
All these questions you ask is the lead up to the statement that you can confidently say,
“You need to launch your business right now.” “We are all here in business to help you win.”
This might scare the person. But in this way, you are showing them the solution to overcome their hurdle. You are preparing their mindset to trust you. When you ask people these questions in this order, they may be afraid to launch their business but it has given you the permission to re-ask the question so they can keep thinking of their “why” and commit sooner.
This is why it is important to follow the D3 System. Reach out to your top 10 and ask your sponsor to help you launch your prospects. You need to launch people as soon as possible s you don’t give them too much time to second guess the opportunity. If it’s something you believe in and live by, you will make sure that you get your friends in quickly too so they to can benefit from this business opportunity.
What is the perfect time to launch a business?
The best time to launch is between 3-7 days. If someone joins the business and you see no activity or interaction with that person within 24 hours, the likelihood of them wanting to do the business decreases by 50%. So you need to launch as soon as possible!
Show, Shadow, Duplicate
Once you have successfully launched someone, it’s time to create a culture of launching businesses! Use the show, shadow, duplicate method to do this.
Show
Show your BA how to invite people to the launch by helping them launch their top 10.
Shadow
They will shadow you on the next 10 people.
Duplicate
After learning how to launch, they will duplicate the process and launch they next 10 people.
How to launch a business
Invite people to a meeting but also set up an online stream. This way in one sitting you can expose more people to the opportunity and not have to wait for people to travel to get to a meeting.
The ideal launch should be done by your Upline leader, because if people don’t know you as a network marketer, they may trust you as a friend enough to attend a meeting, but not trust you enough as a business person in ByDzyne.
You, Bob transfers the trust to your Upline sponsor, Sally so that your friends will listen to her. They will trust Sally as the expert of the business. During her presentation, Sally your sponsor will then edify you and transfer the trust and respect back to you because this will now be your organization.
Record the launch and keep it between 30-45 minutes. That recording will become your training tool. Watch it again, take notes and learn. With the old way of doing network marketing, people would wait to get to meetings to learn about the company and this could take months to understand it fully. Here with the help of technology, we can now streamline what you can do in one month to maybe 2 hours. This way you shorten the learning curve and the time frame.
Next go to your YouTube Channel and upload that presentation. By having it available online, anyone that you and your downline recruits can go and watch the video.
Integrity above all
If someone you don’t know approaches you about the business, ask how they found out about ByDzyne.
“Hi, can you please tell me how and who introduced you to ByDzyne? We need to be 100% accurate on this as it is a big part of our integrity to ensure that we are not cutting anyone out. This business is built on trust and we need to be sure about how you were introduced. Looking forward to hearing from you.”
When they respond with, “I just stumbled across you on YouTube,” that probably isn’t the case. Ask again “Are you sure 100% sure that no one introduced you?”
While no one can really own a prospect, sponsor shopping is wrong and robs another Brand Ambassador of their hard work of prospecting someone. Be fair and sincere in your business dealings. Hard work will always pay off!
Pro Tip: Create a culture of launching businesses.
Don’t always rely on weekly meetings
Don’t rely on the weekly meetings to launch. This should be only be 10% of your business. During the week you should be launching people all the time. The old way of network marketing which was to physically invite people to your house gave you only 4 chances and realistically, sometimes people don’t show up.
With the new age of network marketing, it is now possible to cast a larger net in just one meeting, by inviting people to a physical meeting, as well as invite people online.
“The richest people in the world look for and build networks. Everyone else looks for work.” – Robert Kiyosaki
