PROMOTION RULES

• PES Annual subscribers or members who have purchased the PRO 20% Kit are eligible to redeem 1 Vacation X Cruise trip. Redeem this trip with a payment of US $75.
  Subscribers can redeem either one Vacation X OR one Destination Giveaway.

• For Vacation X Cruises, only ONE certificate will be issued per account. The certificate is valid for ONE use only exclusively by the certificate holder. It is NOT transferable and cannot be resold. Only those travelers listed as the PES subscriber will be allowed to board the cruise.

If a BA has claimed a travel certificate before, he is not eligible to redeem the Vacation X or Destination Giveaway.

Travel certificate may be issued only on the initial purchase of a PES Annual or the purchase of a PRO Kit. Subsequent purchase of a PES Annual Subscription does not entitle for a claim for a second travel certificate.

• Please note you will have to provide the month and year of your expected travel date. Request for your certificate only when you are sure of your travel itinerary.
• The Vacation X Cruises promotion is for a limited time, while supplies last. The cruise provider may cancel the certificate and offer at any time without prior notice and is out of ByDzyne’s control.
• ByDzyne® is in association with the third-party vendor to distribute Vacation X Cruises certificates only. All cruise trips are managed and controlled by the third-party vendor, not ByDzyne. The cruise trip is subject to terms & conditions of the venue suppliers and is not regulated by ByDzyne.
• The Vacation X Cruises certificate issued is valid for one cruise trip only up to 10 consecutive nights or less, in select destinations, subject to all limitations and restrictions herein. Reservations for a cruise are based on availability and are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
• The certificate does not include air, food, nightly taxes and fees, or beverages, and other expenses that may be incurred such as personal expenses, security deposits, cabin upgrades, and other fees and charges levied by the cruise. Any personal taxes associated with the redemption of the certificate are the responsibility of the Redeemer.
• Cabin upgrades are available for an additional fee.
• Must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
• The number of guests the certificate applies to is conditional depending on the specific cruise. Please check the allowed guest limit for each cruise before availing your certificate. The certificate must be activated and redeemed within 12 months from the issue date on the certificate or the offer will expire.
• Advertising of the cruise names and the redemption website is strictly forbidden and will result in cancellation of the certificate. You may only advertise the city names and that there are 90 available cruises to choose from.

ACTIVATE & REDEEM

STEP 1 – Gain Eligibility:  To activate your Vacation X Certificate, you must first complete 30 days of enrollment and have an activated PES subscription.
STEP 2 – Read, Sign and Submit the Dont’s: Go to your Back Office > Products > PES > Vacation X tab
Here you must read, sign and submit the mandatory Vacation X Don’ts. To submit, enter your full name in the “Full Name” field and click “Submit”. 
STEP 3 – Redeem your Certificate: Once you submit the Don’ts, go to the ByDzyne Shop page. Under the Travel trend products, you will see the “Vacation X Cruises” product that is redeemable by paying the US $75 Redemption Fee.
STEP 4 – Receive Certificate Code and Authorization Code:  Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive your Certificate and Authorization codes in the Vacation X section of your Back Office within 14 days.
STEP 5 – Activate your certificate: Go to www.privilegesredemptioncenter.com by registering for an account using the authorization code and the certificate number located on the certificate. You can additionally contact a Travel Specialist at 1-888-297-0612 (USA/Canada) for further assistance. Please read the complete terms & conditions on the website. This offer is not guaranteed.
STEP 6 – Book your reservation: Once your account is created, you can login at your convenience to shop from any of the available locations listed. You will have 12 months from the activation date (when you register for an account) to book your reservation for any future date. This offer can be changed, suspended or canceled at any time without prior notice by the third-party vendor.

Note: The Vacation X Cruises certificate is not transferable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CRUISE CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION

1.For cruise packages, the certificate is valid for only 2 people up to 9 consecutive nights or less, in select destinations, subject to all limitations and restrictions herein. Reservations and accommodations for a cruise are based on availability and are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

2. This Certificate must be activated within sixty (60) days of the Issue date or the offer expires. Any requests to extend the activation period for this Certificate offer are at Arriva’s sole discretion and additional fees may apply. Does not mean you need to travel within 60 days, just register and plan trip with 12 months

3.The Redeemer is responsible for all charges incurred in excess of the certificate offer, including, onboard incidentals, alcoholic and certain non-alcoholic beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, personal expenses, utility or security deposits, and other fees or charges levied by the cruise line or cruise ship for the use of onboard amenities and facilities. Airfare, travel insurance, third and fourth guest fares, cabin upgrades, cruise upgrades and extension of length of cruise, when available, may be purchased at the time of the cruise booking for additional fees.

4.The rate for your cruise includes accommodations, most meals, activities and entertainment while onboard the ship. Some items such as beverages and optional specialty dining may not be included dependent upon the cruise line you have selected.

5.Rates are in US Dollars, per person, based on double occupancy, cruise and non-commissionable fares only. Government fees are additional.
