MIND MOVER TRAINING
Training Topic for the day:
5 Pillars of the Mamba Mentality!
Want to improve your game? Let’s take a leaf out of Kobe Bryant’s book and examine his 5 pillars of his personally coined ‘Mamba Mentality’. Inspired by this legendary athlete, these 5 pillars are qualities that truly reflect the passion of the ByDzyne Leadership.
1. BE PASSIONATE
If you are passionate, people are going to listen to your message. It is the transfer of enthusiasm and not the transfer of information that relays the message you want to convey. Enthusiasm ends with IASM – I Am Sold Myself. Your prospects need to know that you believe first. Find what you’re passionate about and share that. ByDzyne gives you the Power of Choice to choose what you want to become passionate about.
So ask yourself, ‘What can I find that I can be passionate about?’ and go after it!
2. BE OBSESSIVE
Be completely obsessive. If you haven’t found it in you yet, start by taking little steps in the right direction. Do just 2 extra hours of work per weekday – maybe an hour in the morning and an hour at night for 5 days. And take 3 hours on the weekend to put into your work. Just these 2 extra hours a day on the weekdays and 3 hours during the weekend sums up to 3 months of full productive work days just by doing this consistently. A little bit goes a long way and anything small you can add to your business will give you the added edge.
No doubt that it takes some sacrifice. But would you rather sacrifice now or later? You want to be temporarily motivated to be permanent lazy!
Enjoy your life later by putting the work in now.
3. BE RELENTLESS
Don’t give up. Always seek a challenge. See how you can stack up and conquer every challenge that comes your way. Allow yourself to measure up and don’t worry about not making it the first or second time, because through facing these challenges head on, you can rise up each time to the occasion and become better.
Have the “Whatever it takes” attitude and always think of the end game. Whatever comes your way, trust your upline, your company and your team to help you get to your goal and be so relentless that the amount of work needed doesn’t compare.
Do it until the job gets done!
4. BE RESILIENT
Recover quickly. If you continue to focus on the negative and things that may bring you down, you will cripple your business. Protect your mind from all the negativity that will weigh you down. Focus on what it is that you can control. Things will always happen in life, but how you respond to the situation is what defines you. Take it step by step.
As long as you can put one foot in front of the other, you CAN get to the top!
5. BE FEARLESS
The greatest fear all of us face is ourselves. Everyone has dreams but sometimes it may be scary to admit what our dreams are. The reason is because you might go after it and feel like you could fail at the same time. Being fearless means going after your dreams without a doubtful mind. Just think, WWPD – What would Presidents do? Think like the person you want to emulate. Let everything you do feed your goals. Remember your why and go after your dreams.
DON’T LIVE BY DEFAULT. LIVE BYDZYNE!
