What type of leader are you? Find out in today’s training
1) Winners
We may see “winners” as strong people who persevere and succeed through it all.
The truth is, winners are people who are frustrated and frightened everyday. They are as human as anyone else and may feel like like they want quit every single day. They hurt and worry every single day. The difference is that they are obsessed!!
They make themselves focused on winning despite the frustration and despite the fears. Regardless of how strongly they feel, they go out every single day to make it and to win because they are obsessed with their mission and their goals. They are obsessed about meetings, BDOs, recruiting. They are even obsessed with rejection and how to move past it.
when you are obsessed with what you have to do, your goal is clear and you don’t let your mindset stray you away from your chosen path.
2) Potential Winners
Potential winners are people who have the chance to win and EVERYONE has the chance to win.
They wake up with the same feeling as a winner. They have the same worry and frustration but they don’t go out to compete because they don’t know what to do. Potential winners don’t know how to win, and they have the chance to win through ByDzyne.
As a leader and someone who has experienced the power of choice and freedom in ByDzyne, it is up to YOU to share the opportunity with potential winners and show them what they can achieve in ByDzyne to become a winner.
3) Losers
Losers are the same as winners and potential winners. They wake up with the same worry and fear, wanting to quit. BUT they don’t work. They don’t compete and don’t really care. Their attitude is what makes them different from winners. Unless they change their mindset, they won’t have a chance.
Remember, don’t spend majority of your time with people who has that mentality. 100% of your time should be spend with positive people and winners with the right attitude.
Your response is what defined you as one of these leaders.
Does the current global situation hold your business back or push you even further? Your attitude will define your response.
How to be a winner!
1) You do it first
If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me.
A true leader will always set the standard for his people by doing it first. He will never ask his team to do anything if he hasn’t done it first. The greatest thing that you can do for your organization, is to prove to them that they can win because you already won.
It is your responsibility to take the reign.
2) Be the hardest worker
Hard work always overcomes lack of talent and mistakes. It shows your organization your commitment and dedication and they will be inspired and want to emulate your habits.
YOU are the difference!!
