DO’S & DON’TS – COMPLIANCE CORE PRINCIPLES
NOW AVAILABLE TO SUBMIT IN YOUR BACK OFFICE

The compliance Do’s and Don’ts are now available to sign and submit in your Back Office > Compliance section.

Follow these steps to submit before September 30, 2022
» Login to your Back Office and a pop up will appear prompting you to visit the Compliance section. Click “Submit Now” to continue.
» In the Do’s and Don’ts document visible to you, enter your initials on all the requested fields.
E.g: J.S (If your name is John Smith)
» Check the acknowledgment box and click “Submit”.

Existing members: If you don’t submit the Do’s and Don’ts by the deadline, you will be unable to access your BD Wallet or commissions.
New members will have 30 days from the day of their enrollment to submit.

All members will be required to submit the DO’s and DON’Ts annually on the same date that you submit it the first time.

AUTOMATED SYSTEM

As we move towards an automated system, please note that due to the upgrade:
You must place your order before a Pay Cycle closes to be eligible for any benefits for that cycle. Orders cannot be placed after a Pay Cycle closes to be counted towards that cycle.

LABOR DAY NOTICE – SEPTEMBER 5, 2022!

In observation of Labor Day in the USA, USA Corporate will be closed on September 5, 2022. In the event of the same, there will be no Mind Movers on Monday.

Mind Movers will return on its next scheduled date, September 12, 2022.

CUSTOMER CARE
Customer Care will be available with limited support to address minor requests. Any major requests will be addressed when we resume normal hours on Tuesday.

SHIPPING
USA Warehouse will be closed and will resume its operations from Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
