COMPLIANCE CORE PRINCIPLES

It is mandatory for every BA to read, understand and familiarize themselves with the Compliance Core Principles (Do’s and Don’ts) that is now available in your Back Office. Please follow all the aspects covered in the DO’s and DON’Ts while representing ByDzyne.

Where to find it:
1. Login to your Back Office, and a popup will appear, directing you to the compliance DO’s and DON’Ts

Sign the document by entering your initials in all the requested fields.
Check the acknowledgment box and click “Submit”.

EXISTING MEMBERS: IF YOU DON’T SUBMIT THE DO’S AND DON’TS BY THE DEADLINE, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR BD WALLET OR COMMISSIONS.

New members: Will have 30 days from the day of their enrollment to submit.

You will also be required to submit the DO’s and DON’Ts annually on the same date you submit it.

SMA UPDATE – NEW BROKER OPTION

In your Back Office > My Products > SMA page, a new Broker option, OANDA is now available for USA / International*.

EMAIL & PROFILE VERIFICATION

EMAIL VERIFICATION

All new enrollees will have to verify their email address after enrollment to access their account and products.

We will only allow a one-time update in the verification process. Due to integration with the digital products and the third-party commission payable provider, we CANNOT change the member’s email address after verification.

In your Back Office, when you click to “Verify” your email address, you will receive a Security Code via email. Copy and paste this code, in the “Security Code” field in your Profile section to verify your email address.

UPDATE PROFILE DETAILS

All new enrollees will have 48 hours from enrollment to update their profile information.

After 48 hours of enrolling, the profile information of new enrollees will be locked and will not be editable.
