Training Topic for the day:
Why Network Marketing?
Why ByDzyne?
by President Victor Franco
What is a professional without principles? The foundation of any successful industry is having principles. As you build a bigger organization, your principles are what will help you cut your losses and grow stronger.
Principles a Network Professional must have:
1. Decide whether this is your profession or not
Decide if you really want ByDzyne as your career and profession. When you make this decision, your mindset will change. This security and your posture while will give you credibility and the confidence to make a serious business out of network marketing.
2. Never lie
Some people make up their profession, their company and their income. That’s not something a network marketer should do. Never exaggerate or make unrealistic claims about yourself and your business. This not only makes yourself unreliable but taints the industry’s reputation.
3. Exclusivity
If you choose ByDzyne as your vehicle towards success, ByDzyne must be your one and only vehicle. If you have this principle attached to your heart, you will be focused towards the goals you wish to achieve with ByDzyne.
4. Always respect the competition
If your opportunity is a good opportunity, you don’t have to criticize your competitors. If you defame other companies, you are indirectly defaming the industry. Always edify the competition and other companies.
5. Be consistent
Don’t confuse this with patience and perseverance.
Some people may be in a company for several years without visible growth. One might say that they are persistent. But they are not persistent, they are patient. When you have persistent and not patient, you are always in action. A persistent person always takes action.
6. Work without need
Do not leave your main income until your passive income is double what you currently earn.
7. I do not look for, I attract
When you’re trying to prospect someone, you want to stay in touch with them and follow up with them. The way you communicate to them shows whether you are looking for someone or if you are attracting someone. You want to shift to an attraction mindset.
8. Speak 20% and listen 80%
Network marketers are very good listeners in general. When someone hears you and allows you to speak, they are creating an empathetic environment, a comfortable environment. When you are a good listener, you get a lot of information that can be extremely useful for getting that person into the business.
9. Knowing to sponsor
Know how to tell someone “I don’t want you to be in my business.” Have you ever enrolled someone and regretted it? Maybe they’re not focused, they don’t have the dream. You have to tell them that maybe this is not the right business for you. Don’t let anyone weigh you down.
10. When you sponsor someone, be their sponsor, not their father
Be their sponsor and don’t babysit them. A lot of people spend cycles waiting for their enrollees to take off. As a professional networker you have high standards and have great goals to accomplish. You can only help those who help themselves. But you cannot hand-hold everyone throughout their journey, while building a large organization.
