UPDATED ACTIVE STATUS DATE

Your Active Status date will now remain the same day every month for easy renewal.

Existing BAs: Active Status due date will be set as per the Active Status widget in your Back Office.

New enrollees: Active Status due date will be set based on the day of your enrollment.

ALWAYS REFER TO YOUR WIDGET TO STAY ACTIVE

Ensure you have at least 30 BV on your next Active Status due date per your Widget. If you don’t have your BV as per your due date, your BV will flush.

For your Paid As Rank, ensure you have the respective Active BV requirement needed by the end of each Pay Cycle.

PRO TIP 1: If your order qualifies, you can use the Forward Date link that appears next to the Order Date to Forward Date your order to your next Active Status Date.
Go to your Back Office > My Account > Orders > Order History
PRO TIP 2: We highly recommend that you and your customers set order rebills (BOS subscription, Smartship, Autoship) on the same day as your Active Status to count towards your Active Status.

Binary Tree & Binary Volume Report

ALWAYS REFER ONLY TO YOUR WIDGET and not your reports to check yours and other members’ Active Status.

There will be no pre-warning during the cycle (red/gray) to indicate inactive members in the reports. Every member will appear Active (green) till cycle ends. Inactive Status of non-Active BAs will only be reflected after the Pay Cycle closes (after the 15th and last day of the month).
