Leadership
At ByDzyne, we have a culture of helping one another and supporting one another to succeed at the highest levels we have. In order to make all of that work, so that it will come to a great completion, we need leadership at all levels in all parts of the world. Leadership is what will change the world for us, for our families for our team members, and for our communities. With great leadership comes incredibly strong blessings great inspiration each and every day.

5-Second Rule by Mel Gibbons
1. If you have an instinct
2. To act on a goal
3. You must physically move
4. Within 5 seconds
5. Or your brain will kill it

The very moment that you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment that is the perfect time for you to use the five-second rule. If you feel any hesitation before acting, literally count 5-4-3-2-1 GO and MOVE towards that instinct. Take action, do not stay stagnant do not remain in one place, but the counting will focus you on the goal or commitment and it will distract you from the worries the thoughts, or the excuses that you might have in your mind.
As soon as you reach one in your counting, then you need to push yourself to move to take action. This is exactly how you push yourself to do the hard stuff built work. You may not feel like it or are scared or maybe you’re avoiding it. But that said, Five seconds is all that it takes.
The instincts are the feelings of the heart and the gut regarding things that we should do. Instincts and urges that are the knowledge that we should do something, even if you don’t feel like doing it.

5 second rule
Must be an instinct or an urge TIED to a GOAL.
Gut feelings can lead to massive action.
This rule is about pushing yourself even when you don’t want to be pushed.
It’s about taking control of your life, one push at a time.
Changing your life and moving towards your goals requires pushing. The Rule helps you do exactly that.
The rules shift you out of autopilot mode and allows you to take control.
As you begin the countdown. You’re now setting yourself up for the action.
Physical movement is a key and you must move in the direction of your instinct.
Don’t let your brain kill the instinct because of no physical action.
These 5-second windows are the critical moments between making meaningful change and your brain stopping you.
Strive for as little time as possible before MOVING into ACTION.
The system inside your brain that kills these instincts and urges operation at lightning speed.
The 5 second rules is a very effective way to outsmart your brain by changing hesitation into ACTION.

Grit
In addition to using the 5-second rule, You will be able to own the concept of grit in the leadership that you show to your team next place.
Grit is the determining factor of the greatest leaders. It is the tenacity to not throw in the towel and quit starting something isn’t enough.
The ability to persevere and be resilient after something has been started. That is the true stout of an entrepreneurial leader.
It’s the people who stay the course and continue to invest in developing whatever your enterprise is beyond the starting point. They are the real models for successful leadership.
In entrepreneurial leadership, grit is an “outlier” skill or an attribute because it may just be the one skill without with failure is pretty much assured.

Enchantment
Enchantment is a personal, family, social and business tool that produces miraculous and awesome results. There are many, many ways to make money but enchantment is on a totally different curve when we enchant people. Our goal is not to make money from them or to get them to do what we want, rather enchantment is to fill them with great delight. It is this feeling of great delight that literally influences their actions and their decisions.

Think about how that might apply to you as you build your ByDzyne team. Think about how it applies to us as we build a legacy company because enchantment can occur anywhere. In villages, stores, dealerships offices boardrooms on the internet, and in random and counters with absolute strangers. Enchantment is the act of feeling filling someone with great delight, it causes a voluntary change of hearts and minds. It is more than manipulating people to help your debt. Your enchantment literally transforms situations and relationships, it converts hostility into civility. It reshapes civility into affinity, and it changes skeptics and cynics into believers.

Let’s take this principle of enchantment as we introduce ByDzyne to our friends, our family, our neighbors, or even complete strangers. And through our own postures of passion through our own levels of elevated belief, let’s fill them with such delight that we will enchant them to become a part of our team.
