2 Star-President Ronruchai Somjisttichok’s inspriring journey to becoming a 2-Star President in ByDzyne

In the beginning
From $200 to $3,000!

Ronruchai Somjisttichok aka “Great” began his career in Network Marketing 10 years ago. As many of us do, Great had a dream and vision to earn a substantial income at just the click of his phone. And similar to the stories of majority of network marketers, Great faced many struggles and challenges in the beginning of his career. He only produced between 4,000 to 5,000 baht a month (the equivalent of $200).
Everyone in his life thought he was careless in continuing to pursue this business.

In spite of seeming defeat, he reached the fifth year of his career with the same gumption and belief he had when he started off. His experience revealed that one of his limitations was the limited opportunity he had. And so he wanted to become a part of a company that had global outreach, which would open doors world over for him.
Great’s vision of success became bigger once he decided to go bigger and he had a chance to grow bigger when he joined ByDzyne last year in 2019.

For Great, his decision to join ByDzyne wasn’t about the products or the Compensation Plan, but belief in the people who introduced him to the opportunity. He joined purely because of belief. 
Once he found out that Nat & Chanida Puranaputra were the Co-Founders of the company, he knew that here was where he was going to make his biggest success yet, and be a part of the top 100 of the entire world. Because he knew that when you have people like Nat & Chanida who possess a great passion and heart for the people, success is inevitable.

The “Great” Journey in ByDzyne

When Great joined ByDzyne, his first achievement was becoming a Diamond in his very first cycle! But this success was short lived as soon after that all the people he introduced to ByDzyne stopped believing and many of them became dormant.
He never re-qualified a Diamond again after the first cycle. But he continued to have non-stop belief in the vision and the leadership of ByDzyne.

As Great’s belief continued to grow and persist, ByDzyne started to grow too with country expansion, product expansion and high ranking momentum.
2020 became Ronruechai’s year. He was not a qualified Diamond but in his mind he was already Crown. And in February 2020, he finally re-qualified as Diamond!

A story of persistence
From $40,00 to $800,000!

His momentum was growing and in April he became 2-Star Diamond and by May he became 2-Star President!! 2-Star President generates $400,000 in revenue. But Great surpassed even that and reached $800,000 in revenue!
Just imagine – from $40,000 to $800,000 of sales revenue in two weeks! All this because he stayed true to his vision and had belief!
One of Great’s vision was to earn 1 Million BAHT per month. But now he is working to earn 1 Million in DOLLARS!

The secret sauce
How did he do it?

This newly crowned 2-Star President he credits his success to 3 things:
Belief
Belief in yourself, belief in your upline, belief in the company and belief in the ByDzyne leadership.
Patience
Patience with the process, patience with the things to come, patience with obstacles that come your way and patience with rejection.
Never giving up
When you have the above two, you will never give up! The hard days will come but you will remain resilient because of your belief and patience.

Thailand in the last 90 days
With the lockdown in place world over for the last few months, businesses have had to find a way to stay afloat and learn how to survive. Tough times like this don’t just test a company, but can be a great catalyst for growth and change. A big change came about in Thailand when ByDzyne was steered into doing business online, as opposed to a more traditional way of doing business that had been tried, tested and proven till date.
Thailand came out swimming, by going digital and moving business online, which was a learning process. ByDzyne Thailand’s growth has been phenomenal is is proving to be more promising and successful than ever before. This change has not only propelled their growth, but proved that ByDzyne could make it through even through a time like this, moving away from traditional business to the new way of doing business.
