Capping off a week of thankfulness, ByDzyne’s executive team is grateful to unveil yet another up-and-coming leader, this time in the mold of newly rank-advanced President Sebastian Montoya from Colombia.

For Montoya, a 32-year-old former financial advisor from Medellín, the capital of Colombia’s mountainous Antioquia province, this achievement has tremendous significance because he too has a lot to be appreciative for.

“In 2014, at the age of 24 everything was too hard and it seemed like there were too many emotional, personal, and financial problems to overcome. But I remember deciding that year to change my life—to take action and create a different story. A different ending. Along with them, Chad Chong, ByDzyne’s cofounder, was uplifted by Montoya’s underdog story and recognizes the determination and strength it has taken for this achievement and transformation.
