You can cancel an online order through the Back Office. Orders can be canceled only if the order status is in ‘Held’ or ‘Ordered’ status. To cancel an order that has not been processed:
1. Sign into your account, choose the CID : XXXXX and click on Manage Orders to populate your order history.
2. Click on ‘Order Details’ of the order you wish to cancel.
3. Click the ‘Cancel Order’ tab located on top of the screen and your order details, i.e, shipping and billing information will appear below.
4. When the cancel confirmation appears, your order status will change from ‘Held’ to ‘Refunded’. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a notification will be sent to you and your ByDzyne Back Office will automatically be updated.
