Everyone is different and may require a different amount depending on a multitude of factors. As a dietary supplement, start with 5-10 drops under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds, then swallow. Work up to 20 drops a day based on personal preference. Use at least once or twice a day. In order to preserve freshness, keep in a cool dry place away from excessive heat, light, and humidity.

The ‘Pay Forward’ payment option can be utilized when an order is placed by any Member (RC/PC/BA) and their sponsor or a BA has agreed to pay for their order.

Important Note: The BA who is paying for the order via ‘Pay Forward’ must have funds available in their BD wallet in order to pay for the order.

How to use the Pay Forward payment option:

When placing the order through Enrollment or Shop, select ‘Pay Forward’ as the payment option in the Shipping & Payment section. Enter the authorizing BA’s username in the available field to send a pay forward request.
The Member who has placed the order will be able to check the status of the order in your Back Office under Orders > Order History. The status will be “Held” until the BA has completed payment.
The authorizing BA who offered to pay for the order, can check their ‘Pay Forward Orders’ in the Back Office under Orders > Pay Forward Orders, and then click on ‘Authorize’ to allow the payment to go through. 

Please allow for 24 hours for the ‘Pay Forward’ order to be released from ‘Held’ status to ‘Shipped’ or ‘Ordered’.

Utilize these payments to prevent credit card declines and to save on exchange rates & processing fees when receiving commissions.

An enrollment BV difference upgrade must be complete within the first 4 Pay Cycles. A@er 4 Pay Cycles, you will have to purchase the full BV required to reach your TVC % level .

  1. To upgrade your enrollment kit you will need to first determine how much BV (Business Volume) you purchased in your first order, and then calculate how much more BV you will need to purchase for your upgrade.
    a. Sign in to your account on http://www.bydzyne.com. Once you are logged in, on the left hand side menu, click on ‘MY ACCOUNT’ then click on ‘ORDERS’ to view your previous purchases.
    b. In the Order History section, click on your order number to open up the order.
    c. In the order summary, you will see the total BV you purchased from your enrollment order.
    For you to upgrade, you will need to purchase the difference between your enrollment order BV and the BV required for the TVC% you want to qualify for.
    Example:
    You purchased 400BV. To upgrade to the 20% TVC level you need to purchase enough products that total at least 250BV.
  2. Purchase Upgrade BV
    a.While you are logged into your account, proceed back to the ByDzyne Home Page. Double check your preferred country on the top left corner before you proceed to purchase products through the ‘SHOP’ Page.
    b. In the Shop page you will see the products listed that are available to purchase based on the country. Choose the product you would like to purchase, specify the quantity, and click on ‘ADD TO CART’.
    To add more products, simply click ‘CONTINUE’, select the products of your choice, and add the products to your cart. Once you have added all the products, click ‘CHECKOUT’.
    c. In your Shopping Cart, you will see the total price as well as the total BV. Once you have determined you are purchasing enough BV for your TVC% upgrade, continue to Checkout to process your order.
    Example:
    You purchased 400BV. To upgrade to the 20% TVC level you need to purchase enough products that total at least 250BV. With your purchase of PES & SMA Combo 20% your new upgrade order = 750BV

    d. When you checkout and proceed to the Shipping & Payment section, the system will automatically populate your previous shipping and payment method. But if you need to change these details, you can do so here and then continue to the Order Summary Page. Please review all the details here to ensure the information is correct. Then click ‘PAY NOW’.
  3. Confirm upgrade by flagging order
    a. Go to your Back Office > My Account > Orders > Order History.
    Find the order that you just placed and click the ‘Upgrade’ button on the right side. This will flag the order as the one you would like to use to upgrade your TVC%
    Note: The upgrade button will appear once you place the order but you must click/flag the order as an ‘upgrade’ before the Pay Week that the order was placed in ends.
    Eg: If you place an order on Feb 3rd, you will have until the
    end of day on Feb 7th to upgrade that order.
    (Pay weeks: 1-7, 8-15,16-23, 24-end of month)

    b. You will be prompted to confirm that you acknowledge the upgrade order will not count towards your Active Status. Click ‘Confirm Upgrade’.

    IMPORTANT:
    Upgrade orders do not count towards your Active Status. You need to determine if you want your order to count towards your Active Status OR as an Upgrade. If you would like your order to count towards your Active Status, DO NOT click the Upgrade button.

However, there may be an instance where a customer requests for a reshipment in case of damage while in transit. We will then proceed with the reshipment. The tracking for this reshipment should be uploaded in two business days.

You can cancel an online order through the Back Office. Orders can be canceled only if the order status is in ‘Held’ or ‘Ordered’ status. To cancel an order that has not been processed:

  1. Sign into your account, choose the CID : XXXXX and click on Manage Orders to populate your order history. 
  2. Click on ‘Order Details’ of the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click the ‘Cancel Order’ tab located on top of the screen and your order details, i.e, shipping and billing information will appear below.

When the cancel confirmation appears, your order status will change from ‘Held’ to ‘Refunded’. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a notification will be sent to you by and your ByDzyne Back Office will automatically be updated.

You will receive your DG activation instructions email 30 days after your purchase of PES Annual Plan. You will receive only 1 Destination Giveaway complimentary trip per Brand Ambassador Account.

Only 1 complimentary DG vacation trip will be issued per account. 
The DG vacation trip is valid for a reservation request offering Luxurious Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by the third party partner. The recipient of the DG vacation trip will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, however, the recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, nightly taxes and fees, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. The cost to redeem the DG vacation trip and book the reservation is just for recovery fees for the local government taxes and tourism fees which vary by destination.

When you receive the DG vacation trip via email, you must activate it within 7 days of receiving it. Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation and you can choose from all the available destinations to find travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. The DG vacation trip has no cash surrender value, is not transferable, cannot be resold, and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law.

It is a referral program through which you can share 50% of your available savings with your friends and family and earn ECO reward credits whenever they travel. By sending an ECO through your PTS account, the recipient can create a free account (limited benefits), and book unlimited travel with access to 50% of your available savings. When your friends save and travel, you will then receive the remaining 50% as ECO reward credits, which you can redeem for discounts on travel costs, gifts and more. The ECO Rewards program, and the ability to earn reward credits, is only available to subscribers of the Premier ECO Subscription.

High Touch reduces the hassle of planning your trip by giving you access to Destination Specialists for planning more complex travel. Simply choose from the High Touch options and fill in the form with all your travel requirements. This form is then categorized and sent to a Destination Specialist in your specific type of travel. This service is ideal for booking travel related to Business trips, Groups, Vacation & Adventures, and Luxury Travel. Please note, currently this service is offered only to the US and select countries.

Any order with the PES Annual Subscription that is returned/refunded/charged back will void the eligibility of both vacation trips.

You must register and activate the Mexico vacation certificate and travel before 12 months after the date the certificate has been issued/received or the offer expires. You must book the resort stay, regardless of the travel date, on or before the date that the Certificate expires.

You can cancel an online order through the Back Office. Orders can be canceled only if the order status is in ‘Held’ or ‘Ordered’ status. To cancel an order that has not been processed:

1. Sign into your account, choose the CID : XXXXX and click on Manage Orders to populate your order history. 
2. Click on ‘Order Details’ of the order you wish to cancel.
3. Click the ‘Cancel Order’ tab located on top of the screen and your order details, i.e, shipping and billing information will appear below.
4. When the cancel confirmation appears, your order status will change from ‘Held’ to ‘Refunded’. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a notification will be sent to you and your ByDzyne Back Office will automatically be updated.

The smartwatch automatically and accurately records and displays total sleep duration (including deep and light sleep) over a 24-hour period, through a sensor inside the smartwatch that detects vibrations. This is similar to how the smartwatch detects whether you are wearing the smartwatch. The smartwatch will display your sleep time and quality of sleep from the last recorded night. The sleep data screen in the App enables you to view your daily sleeping patterns and your historical data. After you connect the smartwatch and the App for the first time, a prompt will ask you to sync the App to the Cloud so that your data can be stored. To receive instant notifications (phone calls, SMS, Facebook, and more) directly to your smartwatch, you can turn on individual notifications through the App. When notification messages are coming in, for example an SMS, the smartwatch will vibrate and display your message. If there is no activity after 3 seconds the screen will automatically turn off.

Note: Messages cannot be responded to via the smartwatch, it will only display the messages. The length of ‘screen-on time’ for displaying messages can be adjusted via the App.
