PROTECTING YOUR HEALTH

In the wake of Coronavirus / COVID-19 we awnt to help spread awareness of important necessary precautions to take. Avoid in-person meetings whenever possible, but if you are meeting in person please take the following precautions as recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).
> CDC recommends against any gatherings of more than 50 people for the next 8 weeks.
> Practice social distancing – minimize contact with people in public and stay about 6 feet away from others.
> Avoid close contact with people who are sick – avoid hugging, kissing, shaking hands.
> DON’T touch your face (eyes, nose, and mouth) and DON’T travel unnecessarily.
> If you cough or sneeze, do so in your elbow to avoid putting germs on your hands.
> Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
> Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects.

If you have any symptoms: fever, difficulty breathing or a dry cough, stay home and contact a health worker.
