Living in Faith

To remember where you come from brings you gratitude and humility.
Luis and Isabel started off their married life 8 years ago with a dream to run their own business. Luis kept his job, but Isabel quit her job to run their very first business. Unfortunately within a year, the business failed. With a baby on the way and Luis losing his job, the couple were were distraught financially and began seeking the answers to coming out of a situation no one wants to be in.
Today the couple has superseded their goals and expectations but when they look back, it is this time in their life that they are grateful for.

Wherever you go, whatever you go, be the best and do the best!
Luis and Isabel refused to resign on their dream to have a business and refused to go back to being employed. With a family to care for and a burning desire, they got into the MLM industry. Not because they got prospected, but because it was their only option at the time. It was the only they could afford at that point in their life.
With their never say die attitude, Luis and Isabel found success after hard work and dedication. Together they were able to pay off their debt, bought their first house and two cars.
They believe that this success happened not because of the money or success but because of their attitude and their actions. Money was just the result of what is in their hearts and minds.

Good is the enemy of great
Even after finding success and stability in a business they thrived in, Luis and Isabel decided it was time to take a new direction. Through this process of change, they learnt that good is the enemy is great. They believed that if there is something that retains you and doesn’t push you further, it keeps you in a comfortable position. You need to see what you are missing that’s outside your comfort zone and look at the bigger picture.

In life you will get what you are willing to tolerate – Raise your standards
The change happened when Luis and Isabel realized that the standards that you set in your life is what determines what you have.
If you are not experiencing what you want in your life right now, it’s time to make a decision to put yourself in a place where you can achieve that.
When they decided to make the change, it was not just for them. Being in the network marketing business it is important to connect with your team. When someone says YES to the opportunity to you, you then have the responsibility to show them the way to achieving their dreams. That is why the leaders need to continuously be learning, developing and growing as a true leader.
Because financial freedom isn’t the only objective. It is also to grow as a person in every area of your life. A true leader has to continue growing and developing.

When Luis and Isabel joined ByDzyne they understood that they were joining a company filled with the industry’s top leaders and have the guidance and support of the executive leadership. They knew that they would be in a position to now grow their own success and maximize the success of their team so that they too can experience financial freedom and the ability to provide for their own families in abundance.
