CUSTOMER SUPPORT CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL BE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS BETWEEN 12 AM TO 11:59 PM PACIFIC
Due to the increasing volume of business at ByDzyne, we want to make sure that you are provided with the best of customer service. For this very purpose, we are in the process of training and recruiting new Customer Support Agents.

While we are in-between training our new recruits, Customer Support will be closed on Sundays from 12 AM to 11:59 PM Pacific. The Customer Support Agents are of key importance to us and all of our members. They provide information, solve queries and act as a bridge for communication between our members and ByDzyne.
In such case, it is necessary that our Customer Support Agents are thoroughly trained to address your every concern by providing complete information.

Once we have a team of well-trained Customer Service Personnel, we will resume 24/7 support. Until then, please bear with us for the above mentioned hours on Sundays.
