Chat Support: In the bottom right corner of the OMA Back Office, click on the chat icon to get in touch with Customer Support.
Video Support: In this Support pop-up you have options to Chat or request Video Support with a member of the Support team
How To Videos: Under ‘How-To’ videos you can browse through a number of tutorials for any topic you need assistance on.
Language: Change to your preferred language. On the bottom left of your OMA Back Office, click the FLAG icon to select your preferred language.
Email: For any questions and issues regarding the OMA Back Office tools, please contact [email protected]
Other: For any billing inquiries, please submit a support ticket via your ByDzyne Back Office.
