INSTRUCTIONS
1. Access SmartTrader® through your Back Office
From your ByDzyne Back Office, click on the ‘ACCESS NOW’ button for SmartTrader®.
2. Set your password
Enter your email address & the temporary password that was sent in your welcome email.
Re-enter the Temporary Password & create a New Password.
3. Navigate SmartTrader®
Now that your SmartTrader® account has been setup you will arrive on the SmartTrader® homepage. On the homepage, click ‘Charts’.
4. Navigating the Charting Software
In your account you will have US$100,000 of demo money to practice with.
To place and setup a trade, please refer to the panel on the right.
To manage positions, pending orders, and to view your trading history, click on the arrows highlighted below to open the management panel.
The management panel looks like this once you click the arrows.
5. Link SmartTrader® to a Live broker account
To link your SmartTrader® account with your live trading brokerage account, click here and select ‘Manage Accounts’.
Click ‘ADD’.
Select “Live” and select your preferred broker account provider. Input your live broker account information and click ‘Connect’.

SmartTrader® Support: In the upper right corner of the SmartTrader® Home Page dashboard, click on the person icon and select Support to find general support related information about SmartTrader®. For any questions and issues related to SmartTrader®, please contact [email protected].
SMA Support: In the upper right corner of the SMA dashboard, click on the down arrow next to your name and select Support. You will find general support related information about your courses. For any questions and issues related to the education, live mentorship or dashboard inquiries, please contact [email protected].
Billing: For any billing inquiries, please submit a support ticket via your ByDzyne Back Office.
